Shipping & Delivery
Pricing
- All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated in writing.
- We charge a flat rate of $60 per order for delivery to a wide range of postcodes across Victoria.
- Delivery availability will be shown at checkout. If your postcode isn’t available, our Customer Care team can assist with alternative delivery options.
Delivery Times
- All orders are custom-manufactured, so delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary.
- While we are not responsible for reasonable delays, we aim to have most outdoor blinds ready to ship within 10 working days.
- Manufacturing times may extend during peak periods (October to January).
- Any delivery times quoted are estimates only and subject to change.
Couriers & Tracking
- We use a panel of trusted couriers to deliver from our factory to you.
- Once your order is collected, we will email you with a tracking number (where available) so you can monitor delivery progress.
Authority to Leave
- All orders are delivered with authority to leave unless instructed otherwise.
- If you won’t be home and need alternative arrangements, specify this in the special instructions on the order page (e.g., “Leave on the front porch”).
- Please note:
- Outdoor Blinds Online takes no responsibility for orders left at your address.
- By requesting this option, you accept full receipt once the courier drops off the order.
- If your location is unattended at the time of delivery, we are not responsible for any damage or loss.
Risk & Title
- Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address.
- Title and ownership pass once full payment has been received.
- If you return goods, ownership and risk in the returned goods pass back to us upon receipt.
- If you order multiple items, we may deliver in instalments and via different carriers.
